Customers without a valid maintenance contract can also acquire an account for our portal. You can only access the basic functions of the knowledge base for your product.

You do not have acces to forums or documents.

As you do not have a valid maintenance contract, you are not entitled to immdiate help. But of yourse we will also try to solve your problem.
